International Shipping

Kaashi offers international shipping to selected countries worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and courier availability. Shipping charges generally range between ₹900 to ₹3000 and will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

International orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days unless the product is customized, made-to-order, or a pre-order item. Estimated delivery timelines for international shipments may vary between 7–21 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner.

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including contact number and delivery address, to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Kaashi shall not be responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance procedures, local regulations, natural calamities, courier disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

If a customer refuses to accept the shipment or fails to pay customs duties or taxes, the resulting return shipping charges, customs penalties, and other associated costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Once an international order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds or exchanges for international orders will only be processed subject to approval after verification by the Kaashi team.
