Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Making a purchase from Kaashi indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Kaashi follows a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, AND NO EXCHANGE POLICY. Once an order has been placed successfully, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, replaced, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, sizing, descriptions, materials, and images before placing an order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED IN ANY CASE WHATSOEVER, including but not limited to: change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect product selection, sizing concerns, delivery delays, refusal to accept shipment, customs delays, or any personal preferences.
Products are photographed under professional lighting conditions. Minor variations in color, texture, polish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or handcrafted detailing, and shall not be considered defects or valid reasons for refund or exchange.
BY PLACING AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE, THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO REFUND, RETURN, REPLACEMENT, OR EXCHANGE SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, the issue must be reported to Kaashi within 48 hours of delivery via email at Support@thekaashi.com or WhatsApp at +91 7014642065.
Customers must provide the Order ID, clear product images, package images, and an unboxing video for verification purposes.
Kaashi reserves the sole right to verify and determine the validity of the claim. Submission of a complaint does not guarantee any refund, exchange, replacement, or compensation.
Product Variation
Products may appear slightly different in color, finish, or texture due to photography lighting, editing, screen resolution, and handcrafted detailing.
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for refund, return, replacement, or exchange.
Delivery
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 6–8 business days. International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier services.
Delivery timelines may increase during sale periods, festive seasons, public holidays, unforeseen logistical delays, natural calamities, or due to remote location serviceability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at Support@thekaashi.com.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are included in the product price for deliveries within India.
For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne entirely by the customer.
